Making A Purchase
On Line
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catagories from the menu on the left and click on any items that you wish to buy - put them into the shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart". After you have finished your selection click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
By Phone
Telephone lines are open from 9am until 5pm for placing orders and parcel enquires. Our Order Hotline number is 01858 462827.
Credit / Debit Cards
We accept the following cards.
- Maestro
- MasterCard
- Solo
- Visa
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Items on back order will not be charged to your card until they are despatched. You may send your credit card information via phone, or over the Internet.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
- Items MUST be returned to us within 10 working days from purchase for an exchange, or a full refund.
- We need to know where the item was purchased and why the customer wishes to return it
- We require the amount of £3.95 to cover the postage and packing for an exchange
- For all refunds we require proof of payment
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event of goods being faulty, garments can be exchanged or fully refunded if returned within 21 days.
Shipping And Handling
Postage and packing is £3.95 within the UK Mainland only. We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service which takes 2-3 days subject to goods being in stock. A signature is required upon receipt.
Overseas Delivery
FIT Clothing will gladly ship your item to most destinations. Please contact us before making a purchase to state your destination. For orders over a total weight of 2kg an additional charge will apply to cover any applicable shipping costs.
Credit Card Security
All your information is sent using a secure connection which means that any communications are encrypted for a high level of security. No credit card data is ever passed in clear text.
